TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This order represents a binding contract with the Publisher.
  2. Payment due on invoice.
  3. The signatory above warrants that they are an authorised representative of the company contracting with the Publisher.
  4. Neither the advertiser nor its advertising agency may cancel advertising within 60 days of publication date. The Publisher reserves the right to reasonably change the publication date from time to time.
  5. Orders cancelled prior to the 60-day period mentioned above are subject to a 30% cancellation fee unless cancelled in writing within 48 hours of the date of receipt of advertising order by the Publisher where cancellation must be received by fax or registered post at the official address of the Publisher, as per above. The advertising client will be liable to full payment of the advertisement if cancellation is not received by the publisher.
  6. The advertiser is solely responsible for supplying advertising material as per the technical specifications of the publication by the dates required by the publisher. The publisher may not be held responsible for errors or mistakes on supplied material. Any costs incurred by the publisher for such errors in copy or format will be for the account of the advertiser.
  7. If advertising material is not received within the deadlines stipulated, the publisher reserves the right to run material already in its possession or to publish the name and address of the advertiser in the space booked by the advertiser.
  8. Prices quoted on this advertising order do not include production or amendment costs.
  9. The order constitutes all the terms of the contract and no agent or other representative of ISIZA has any right to vary the terms hereof in any way.
